Women Day
I think even now I still hear people (men mostly) ask half-jokingly that why there is an International Women Day but no International Men Day. I, totally not jokingly, would say that it is because all the other 364 days are already Men Days. This perfectly illustrates the saying: when you’re accustomed to privilege, equality feels like oppression. I can go on an on and on on how women are far from getting equal treatment to men in almost everything….
